After having to break the glass in our door to get in, I phoned your company to request the glass to be replaced, from the moment the gentleman took my call I felt assured that I was dealing with a professional outfit, I had to change appointments times on several occasions as I had to attend a conference, your staff treated me with the up most respect and explained it was not a problem.
